The Ohio Department of Development recently unveiled a new jobs program. The "Energizing Careers Program" will reimburse employers up to $6,000 for training their employees in green energy areas. NOCHE and ERC are collaborating on a new survey for employers. We want to learn what regional employers are doing with recent graduates with respect to recruiting, hiring, developing, and compensating these new employees. These data will provide us with regional trends and practices that can help educate employers throughout Northeast Ohio.
