If you are looking for an internship in environmental sustainability, you should check out our networking event next Wednesday, December 2, from 4-6 pm. However - this is not an event where you just drop in. You must email me your resume ahead of time, because we will be making sure that you have a chance to talk to employers that are offering relevant internship opportunities for you. There is a lot of talk in the business community about “being green” (and I’m not talking about Kermit the Frog here) and “sustainability”. This is more than a passing fad, and most likely something that is important to a lot of you on a personal level, too. If you are interested in doing more to help the environment than recycling and taking your own reusable shopping bags to the grocery store, I have a suggestion. Consider using the skills you are learning in the classroom and applying them in an environmental sustainability internship.
